How long does it take for my order to ship?
Each item is printed on demand to match your order. Therefore, it generally takes 3-5 business days to print and prepare your order before it is shipped. If we can produce your order faster, your order will ship faster and you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Additionally, at checkout, you can get a rough idea of how many days your item will be in the mail (USPS) based on the shipping option/speed you select.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are fulfilled by an Empowered Alumni Owned business, Epic PRINT Pros. The items ship from their warehouse in Frisco/Breckenridge, CO.
What if I don’t see the color of shirt I want?
The shirts listed for each product are purposefully selected to match with the graphics they are used for. If you have a special request or suggestion on a new product, please contact us as we are always looking for fresh, innovative ideas.
What will show up on my credit card when I make a purchase here?
Depending on your bank, the charge on your card might show up as either ShopEmpd and/or EpicPRINTPros. If you have questions about the charge, please reach out to our fulfillment partner – Epic PRINT Pros at 970.372.6550 or via our contact us page.
How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. Additionally, you will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. If you need a status update or are afraid your order might have been lost, please contact us.
What do I do if I received my order BUT something is wrong with it?
If you received your order, but there is something wrong with it, please contact us and provide as many details as possible.
I ordered the wrong size of apparel or product, what can I do?
Please fill out the form on the contact us page. Ensure to include your order number and as much detail about the issue as possible
What shipping methods are used to ship my order?
Currently, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is currently the only shipping provider we are using to ship orders. During quarter 2 or 3 of 2024, we plan to add additional shipping providers. If you live outside of the USA or have a reason why USPS won’t work for shipping your order, please contact us BEFORE you place your order for other options.
